CDL Mortgage Services Inc. is an independent mortgage broker. We arrange loans with third-party wholesale lenders; we are not the lender for brokered transactions, and final credit decisions are made by the funding lender. Our services include arranging conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, non-QM, HELOC, DSCR, ITIN, bank statement, and other mortgage products. All loan products are subject to borrower qualification, credit approval, property appraisal, underwriting requirements, program availability, and applicable federal and state law. Nothing on this website constitutes a loan approval, commitment to lend, or lock of any interest rate.
CDL Mortgage Services Inc. is licensed as follows: NMLS #132263; California Department of Real Estate license #01118984 (loans made or arranged pursuant to the California Real Estate Law). We are also licensed or registered to conduct mortgage business in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Idaho. We operate in compliance with applicable federal law, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), the SAFE Act, and applicable state lending and brokerage laws.
We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. A TOLL-FREE CONSUMER HOTLINE IS AVAILABLE AT 1-877-276-5550. THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM. Knowingly making false statements on a mortgage application is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1014, punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
